Description of TauchApp

Here comes the diving app - because diving should also be fun above water!
Accurate and up-to-date information is key to good dive preparation. With the TauchApp we have created a helpful tool for the diving community, with which extensive data and functions are brought together in one platform. More than 500 dive sites are already listed at the start of the TauchApp - and you will not only find the right parking space at the same time.
Current temperatures and visibility at different depths? Just look it up in the diving app.
Here you will of course also find information about infrastructure, regulations, costs or whether there is a supervisor on site. Lots of tips and everything that is important - above and below water, easy to understand and with just one click on your screen.
Search for dive shops because you still need something for your diving equipment or for diving schools - after all, you never stop learning. Find service points for revision or just the nearest filling station for your bottles.
Safety is the top priority in our sport. You check in your dive in the TauchApp and, if the worst comes to the worst, you can make an emergency call immediately and without detours - your GPS data will be transmitted automatically. Not sure? Get advice and talk to your trusted hotline first - you have the choice between VDST, DAN or AquaMed - together we can then decide what to do next.
Little helpers remind you when, for example, your regulators or jacket have to be checked or your bottles have to go back to the TÜV.
Standing by the lake and only realizing there you've forgotten something, who doesn't know that? Create yo7upDown ur own checklists for everything you would like to pack. It's annoying to find out too late that parts of your equipment should also be included - for you and for your buddy. Whether in summer at the lake, for your next vacation or for ice diving. Create your individual packing list and tick off what you have already stowed away.
At the beginning we concentrated on Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands, but there are already some other countries involved. Create your
own diving areas, describe them with text and pictures and pass on your experience.
