*If the phone book navigation is set to "optimize" with battery saving (battery optimization), the pop-up may not be displayed when receiving a call. Cancel phone book browsing from Battery Saver.
To set it up, go to your device's Settings > Apps > "Contact List Navigation" > Battery > Battery Optimization > Release "Contact Directory Navigation" from optimization. (The expression may differ slightly depending on the Android version)
