This application makes it possible to obtain the digital certificate on Android devices, through the public website of the certifying entity (SOURCE):

DESCRIPTION:
This application makes it possible, on mobile devices, to obtain the digital certificate of an individual provided by the public certifying entity FNMT (Fábrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre), through its electronic office (see Source).
It allows all possible means to obtain the digital certificate of an individual from the FNMT (Fábrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre):
- DIRECT METHOD: through NFC reading of DNI 3.0 and DNI 4.0. (issued from 2015). Requires DNI with your active certificates and password.
- VIDEO IDENTIFICATION METHOD: for any DNI.
- STANDARD METHOD: through identity verification at accreditation offices established by the FNMT certifying entity (Fábrica de Moedas e Selos Nacionais). For any DNI or NIE.
The digital certificate provided by the FNMT Certification Authority is valid in all official electronic points across the country.
The FNMT digital certificate also allows access to regular procedures in the official electronic offices of the following public administrations, such as:
